Kentucky yellowwood (Cladrastis lutea)

A beautiful tree from the central North America. Grows up to 10-15m tall.

Large pinnate compound leaves turn yellow to orange in autumn. Large clusters of fragrant white flowers in June-July.

Does not tolerate wet soil. In Estonia needs protection from nothern winds.
