Siberian Globeflower is similar to European globeflower (T. europaeus) but both the plant and flowers are larger (flowers are up to 4cm in diameter). Color is deeper orangeish yellow.
Seeds should be sown onto the soil surface. The tray should be covered with plastic to keep moisture. Seeds germinate slowly and unevenly (from one month to one year). It is recommended to stratify seeds 1-2 months in refrigerator (+4C) in the moist substrate but even thus prepared seeds germinate slowly. Seedlings should be transferred to separate pots once they have two or three leaves.
