Marsh-marigold (Caltha palustris)

Marsh-marigold blooms in april with bright yellow flowers, approximately 4cm in diameter. It grows in wet places, usually at the waterline of streams and ponds. Can also be grown in flowerbeds, but will be smaller. Prefers full sun in spring but tolerates shade of deciduous trees in summer.

Mustly used for decoration of ponds.
